General informationI have been a media man for almost 30 years. During that time my interest has expanded from media interactions that merely generate awareness to those that stimulate consumers to take commercially valuable action.

I am a serial entrepreneur, having set up and helped run successful traditional advertising agencies, direct marketing agencies, media agencies and digital agencies. The last of these was WWAV Group, eventually sold to Omnicom.

I am a fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, and current chair of the DMA awards.

My main interests lie in what motivates consumers to interact with companies, and in finding either new audiences for companies to attract, or new ways to interact with current audiences.

I live in the Chiltern Hills with my wife, two teenage daughters, and an ever growing menagerie of animals!
