This privacy policy explains how MC&C (referred to as “we” and “us” in this policy) may collect and use personal information from you when you use our website (www.mcand.co.uk).

Mike Colling & Company Limited are committed to ensuring your personal information is kept secure and confidential and not kept for longer than is necessary. From time to time we may ask other third party service providers to help us manage our information technology systems. We will only transfer your information to a third party service provider where we are satisfied that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any information being processed and compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Using web analytics software, we store data about to this site such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.  Most of this data cannot be used to identify visitors individually, however as your IP address is now classed as personal data, you have the opportunity to opt out by emailing privacy@mcand.co.uk.

We are ISO 27001 Certified and will take appropriate organisational and technical measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede this version of our Policy. We will take reasonable steps to draw the attention of visitors to any changes in our Policy.
